GENERAL SUMMARY

As the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our workforce, driving strategic hiring initiatives, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with leadership to build high-performing teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Key Responsibilities – Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional staff roles under leadership supervision

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health

  • Contribute to A&B branding and outreach initiatives

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to proactively identify top talent

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process

  • Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition Coordinator(s) to ensure operational excellence

  • Leverage recruitment technologies and platforms to improve efficiency and candidate experience

  • Represent the firm at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based HR platforms

  • Ability to create visually engaging onboarding materials and internal communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to build effective relationships across departments

  • Familiarity with Firm standards and ability to uphold professional etiquette

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in legal or professional services environment strongly preferred
