The Role

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruiting support to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent aligned to business needs. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for domestic and/or international positions, advises hiring leaders on recruiting strategy and market dynamics, and ensures an efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric selection process. As a trusted subject matter expert, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner leads key initiatives, mentors others, and uses data and insights to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

The Main Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting (Domestic and/or International)

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding readiness, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, selection support, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct structured intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define selection criteria, and align on timelines and sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for priority roles using proactive sourcing techniques and relationship management.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels (e.g., direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, events, and online platforms).
  • Create and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles; engage prospects through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Offer Management & Onboarding Partnership

  • Prepare and extend job offers; explain offer details clearly and manage negotiations within established guidelines.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure pre-boarding/onboarding handoffs are accurate, timely, and provide a positive candidate-to-new-hire experience.

Stakeholder Consultation & Influence

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and HR partners on candidate assessments, selection decisions, and recruiting best practices.
  • Provide guidance on interview planning, evaluation methods, and overall process efficiency to support quality hiring outcomes.

Compliance, Process Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies, including documentation and required approvals.
  • Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and provide insights and updates to leadership.
  • Support audits, reporting needs, and process improvements that strengthen consistency and reduce risk.

Employer Branding & Recruiting Events (as applicable)

  • Support employer branding efforts and recruiting marketing initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and other outreach activities; help plan and execute recruiting event logistics and follow-up.

Mentorship & Project Leadership

  • Mentor and train less experienced recruiters and/or coordinators; share best practices and provide coaching on complex requisitions.
  • Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects aimed at improving candidate experience, process effectiveness, tools, or reporting.

Main Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting with demonstrated full-cycle recruiting capability
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for specialized and/or high-volume roles
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring leaders, influence decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and standardized selection practices
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics/reporting

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
  • Relevant recruiting/HR certification (as required/appropriate in some areas)
  • Experience supporting domestic and international hiring and/or both management and non-management populations

 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 Location Based Pay Ranges:

$110,000- $160, 000

Background Screening
