WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

In Talent Acquisition we are consistently looking to improve the service we deliver to our internal clients, by innovating not just in how we deliver recruitment, but also how we look to engage a diverse and expanding candidate pool and positing SimCorp as an employer of choice.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter who can drive our strategic talent acquisition hiring across our Americas Commercial and Professional Services business areas. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent continuous recruitment model to support SimCorp’s significant revenue opportunities whilst partnering with Commercial and Client Services leaders to deliver on future-skillset requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • As the Lead TA Partner you are responsible for supporting leaders across our Professional Services and Commercial team’s with talent acquisition services. This means managing the recruitment lifecycle a-z as well as partnering with the business on pursuing the most efficient recruitment strategies to attract great and diverse capable professionals

  • You will, in close collaboration with the management team, be establishing processes for how to ensure effective talent acquisition within an agile environment as well as supporting the development and execution of the employer branding strategy

  • You’ll be the point of entry for the management team on the strategic talent acquisition agenda, and you will be working with the Senior Manager, TA on strategies for how to accommodate the talent attraction strategies for the Americas

  • You focus on our candidates and you will be involved in suggesting activities to ensure that the candidate experience always has high priority

  • You will act as sparring partner for the business leaders as well as for your colleagues in the wider Services and Commercial TA team

  • You will contribute to developing our employer branding efforts together with the Communication team and other stakeholders

  • You participate in interviews by assessing candidates using different test assessments when needed

  • Lastly, and importantly, you will have the opportunity to experiment and develop efficient and effective talent acquisition strategies and approaches

  • You will be reporting to our Senior Manager, Head of TA for Commercial, and Client Services.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • You have an extensive recruitment toolbox and you are regarded as a trusted advisor within the talent acquisition domain

  • You hold significant experience attracting niche-candidates into companies; with effective strategies in proactive recruitment including headhunting and executive search ideally within Investment Management.

  • As your clients are within the Commercial, Professional Services and Financial Services / Technology domain, it is crucial for you to understand the market for specialized hiring; ideally you hold experience from recruiting technical business profiles and sales individuals.

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS is beneficial, but not a pre-requisite

  • You are proficient in handling many stakeholders, accommodating a broad variety of needs, and creating trust at all levels

  • Extensive experience in agency or in-house recruitment teams, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on regional or global hiring initiatives outside of the USA/Canada.

  • You hold advanced English skills and are a good communicator

  • Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments is beneficial

  • You know how to deliver efficient search and alternative ways of finding candidates

  • You are based in New York City, and can attend the office 3 days a week.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is 190,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
