Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards to support talent acquisition processes and workflows. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights for key stakeholders. Reporting and Dashboard Development: Collaborate with the Talent team to gather requirements and understand their reporting and analytical needs. Design and develop dynamic and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present meaningful insights to stakeholders. Translate complex data sets into user-friendly visuals that provide valuable information on recruitment metrics, talent pipeline, hiring trends, and other relevant KPIs. Identify and analyze data discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout reporting processes. Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, ensuring effective distribution methods while maintaining security access requirements. Verify accuracy and expected functionality of supported reports, dashboards, and data, providing necessary training and adoption support. Lead data cleaning, consistency, update, and correction efforts. Process Improvements, and Optimization Projects: Actively participate and collaborate with TA, HR, & the business to go from problem statement to analytics solution including contribution toward the presentation of projects. Assist with collecting requirements from stakeholders then leveraging knowledge of the key components and relationships of data to transform data into solution designs for effective reporting. Proactively identify and recommend ongoing improvement to data reporting processes to enhance the accuracy and breadth of data available for analysis and reporting, and then work collaboratively with TA and HR to implement approved recommendations. Actively participate and collaborate with TA, HR, and the business to develop analytics solutions for strategic business and workforce challenges. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and visualization techniques. Data Analysis and Insights: Collect and analyze data from various systems to perform in-depth data analysis. Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support strategic decision-making within the Talent team. Implement and optimize analysis and data models, collaborating with TA and the business, to develop standardized and automated analytical solutions. train and support end-users on using self-service reporting tools effectively to promote data-driven decision-making i.e. provide assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users for their reporting needs.

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience of advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
  3. General knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, regulations and legislation; including working knowledge of employment law as it is applied to recruitment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  5. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
