A leading global company in paints, coatings, and specialty materials is looking for a junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their ANZ team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment across Australia & New Zealand, including:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Supporting offer processes and pre-onboarding

• Engaging with the wider APAC TA team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ recruitment or similar experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

• Workday Recruiting experience is a bonus but not essential
