GROWING Technology company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead all aspects of recruitment for the company.

 

SUMMARY: 
- New role due to company growth
- Design, develop and implement a variety of Talent Acquisition programs/processes to attract top-tier talent across the company’s corporate office and the business units
- This role will have a particular focus on all aspects of executive recruitment 
- Lead the company’s global Talent Acquisition team
- Work closely with company leaders as the advisor on all aspects of Talent Acquisition
- Strategic/hands-on role

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within technology staffing, professional staffing, executive search firms and/or technology companies
- Strategic and hands-on style
- Proven expertise hiring senior-level talent (i.e., VP-level and above), in fast-paced, growth-oriented technology services, consulting, staffing, or similar environments
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Experience building Talent Acquisition recruiting processes/programs, talent communities/pools, scalable search practices, etc.
