This role is ideally suited for Master's students looking to gain their first hands-on insights into the world of international Talent Acquisition. It is a unique opportunity to gather valuable practical experience within a fast-paced, multinational scale-up environment. We are looking for someone to join us full-time for ideally 6 months (though a minimum of 4 months is negotiable). You will work in a flexible hybrid model, spending 3 days per week in our Munich office (Luisenstraße) and 2 days working from home.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: You will identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website.
- Market Research & Mapping: You will conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance our sourcing strategies.
- TA Partnership: You will partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Candidate Screening: You will screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to the TA Managers.
- Brand Ambassadorship: You will act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a seamless transition from their first contact to the TA Manager interview.
- Database Hygiene: You will maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
- Interview Coordination: You will manage the end-to-end candidate scheduling process, coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and professional interview experience.
- Event Organization: You will organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.

- Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program (ideally Master's) and looking for a full-time internship contract starting ASAP.
- Organizational Pro: You are highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Communication Excellence: You are energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable engaging with candidates on telephone and video calls.
- First Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a strong plus.
- Languages: You are fluent in German and English, making you comfortable operating in an international setting.
