Serves as the key consultant, coach and critical partner in the recruiting, hiring, placement and job growth of the County’s talent for all positions. Works with hiring managers to identify and place talent, facilitate the onboarding process, and retain employees. Analyzes and forecasts employment trends. Builds and maintains relationships with tech centers, colleges, universities, employment agencies, and other local entities.
This is a full time, benefitted position working Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at 12220 Fillmore St, West Olive, MI 49460.
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related field combined with three years progressively responsible experience in employee recruitment and selection, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
