We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.

Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition – ~50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Source candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referrals
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
Assist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
