You will own the sourcing: hunting down great candidates for property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate roles, and putting the best ones in front of the hiring managers who make the call.
You will also build and maintain the HR systems that keep the company running right.

The role
- Hunt for top candidates across property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate roles. You find them, you qualify them, you present the best to the hiring managers who decide
- Own the sourcing pipeline from first contact through offer stage
- Build, implement, and maintain HR policies that keep Smartland compliant and consistent as we scale
- Design and oversee onboarding and training programs that actually stick
What we're looking for
- 3β5 years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- You go find candidates. You don't post and wait
- Solid grounding in HR policy and compliance
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar system
- AI tools are already part of how you work, not something you're still figuring out
