As the Talent Partner (TP), you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process within Mercyhealth. The TP will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the systems staffing needs. The TP works closely with hiring leaders to ensure the recruitment process aligns with organization goals and objectives.

This role also manages and executes system processes within Workday, including internal partner movements such as transfers, FTE and rate changes, and additional work assignments. The TP ensures accuracy in data entry, process flows, and documentation to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and internal standards.
Additionally, the TP supports workforce planning efforts by monitoring vacancy data, turnover trends, and recruitment metrics; provides market and compensation insight to leaders; and ensures completion of all pre-employment requirements, including licensure verification, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

Janesville, WI
Rockford, IL
Freeport, IL
While this position is primarily based onsite, a hybrid schedule may be considered for candidates who reside outside the local area, depending on qualifications and organizational needs.

Monday through Friday
7:30AM - 5:00PM
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Bachelors preferred.
A minimum of 5 years HR experience preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
