We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with strong Talent Acquisition skills to lead HR & Recruitment efforts across both salaried and hourly roles, with a strong focus on direct labor hiring for our automotive assembly operations. This role supports core HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has worked at a larger company and has learned best -in -class talent acquisition practices but is also comfortable in smaller, fast -growing organizations. We want someone who is passionate about building high -performing teams, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, high -growth production -driven environment.

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an assembly, manufacturing or industrial setting.
<\/div>
Bilingual English/Spanish
<\/div>
Demonstrates strong ownership and sense of urgency; able to independently spearhead projects with minimal direction or check -ins from management.
<\/div>
Working knowledge of HR practices including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.
<\/div>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
<\/div>
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems; capable of assessing
<\/div>
Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations specific to the State of Florida (preferred but not required)

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
Lead full -cycle recruitment for direct labor, technical, and professional roles across multiple manufacturing sites.
<\/div>
Partner with plant managers, production supervisors, and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
<\/div>
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, community outreach, digital platforms, and workforce development partnerships.
<\/div>
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies, including EEO and diversity initiatives.
<\/div>
Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
<\/div>

HR Operations Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave policies; serve as point of contact for employee inquiries.
<\/div>
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company and compliance with safety and training protocols.
<\/div>
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Assist with policy updates, compliance audits, and HR documentation.
