Overview

This is a great opportunity for a person seeking to support Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead the activities of coordinator support to the Talent Acquisition team by working closely with internal/external candidates, internal/external recruiters and other human capital professionals in support of business' hiring needs. Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews including but not limited to, posting job opportunities on ancillary sites to include social media, updating and tracking of pre-employment data, data reporting, and Greenhouse system administration.

Responsibilities

  • Greenhouse system administration and reporting activities.
  • Responsible for partnering during recruitment process, including interview scheduling and follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Populate offer letters, triggers new hire onboarding notices, and background checks via Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge as it relates to the interview process, onboarding, and logistics to ensure a uniquely positive candidate experience.
  • Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Assist IWD with the application process, if needed.
  • Investigate inquiries related to assigned function, escalate complex or urgent issues to management and follow up with employees, managers or candidates regarding status.
  • Registers and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
  • Organizing recruitment events that may include ordering and shipping of products and materials.
  • Work on special projects that advance the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Lead and advise other coordinator(s).
  • Other relatable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience or BS with 5 years of relevant experience.  


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ideal candidate will have proficiency with Greenhouse ATS particularly in configuration, customization, user support, troubleshooting, managing workflows, permissions and integrations.
  • ATS data collection, and reporting recruitment metrics.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring, advising coordinator(s), delegating tasks, developing team members’ skills, motivate and guide coordinators effectively.
  • Must have proficiency with the MS suite to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Poise and professional presentation and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.
  • A highly creative person who "thinks outside of the box" with positive enthusiasm is desired.
  • The candidate maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with managers, colleagues, clients and candidates.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, planning and organizing skills.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
  • Follows prescribed procedures yet provides recommendations to improve processes.

 

Basic Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 yearly salary

The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards.  An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
