We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across our F&B concepts, from front of house and kitchens to operations and leadership. As our concepts expand and our footprint grows through new openings and acquisitions, this role is critical to ensuring we have the right talent in place ahead of demand. This is a hands-on, proactive position for someone who approaches hiring strategically and creatively, builds talent pools globally, and who takes ownership of the full search.
The position blends strategic workforce planning, innovative recruitment methodologies, and specialized talent sourcing to support ongoing operations, new openings, and expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run global recruitment campaigns across front of house, back of house, operations and leadership positions
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment methods, including open days events across global platforms with enhanced candidate experience
- Map, build and maintain talent pipelines across global markets
- Lead proactive outreach across global markets, conduct market mapping and discreet searches for senior and specialist talent
- Manage each search with pace, creativity and precision, from first brief to signed offer
- Plan hiring efficiently, covering all recruitment needs with appropriate time considered for onboarding and training
- Provide best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards our brands are known for
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- Progressive Talent Acquisition experience in global or multi-market hiring, ideally gained within a hospitality, aviation, or service-led organisation of scale
- Equally at ease sourcing a head chef in SΓ£o Paulo or a Operations Manager in Indonesia, with a clear understanding that the playbook changes with every border
- A recruiter who works with pace, creativity and precision, and treats all three as non-negotiable
- Experience in engaging talent, building talent pools and act swiftly when business needs require it
- Demonstrate creativity in sourcing, and comfortable operating with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage searches in passive markets and build new networks is essential
- Resourceful and innovative about where passive talent actually lives
