Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Global Talent Acquisition Analyst will report to the Director of TA Enablement and is responsible for helping the recruitment efforts of the organization by examining and interpreting data related to talent acquisition. This role involves leveraging data to optimize recruiting strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure the effectiveness of global recruitment processes.

Essential Job Duties

  • Collect, examine, and interpret data on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the Global Talent Acquisition team and TA Leadership to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in recruitment.
  • Maintain and monitor TA capacity plan.
  • Partner with internal Finance team to collect and interpret annual workforce plan.
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process through data analysis and benchmarking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance global recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and sourcing channels.
  • Study candidate feedback and recruitment process data to identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Enablement team to implement strategies that enhance the overall recruitment experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all recruitment technology tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in recruitment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with global and regional recruitment regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
  • Develop and conduct regular quality assurance/audit of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Exceptional statistical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications or related software.
  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust to change quickly.
  • Works well autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Required Education and Training

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a university degree, or 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience working with global recruiting teams preferred.
