The Field Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics to complete our data collection project. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily basis through different channels including field recruitment in Los Angeles. 
  • Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.
  • Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the interest in our openings.
  • Identify the most effective advertisement channels for a variety of projects and programs.
  • Search for and find new and innovative ways to source candidates.
  • Meet weekly sourcing targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate important project updates both verbally and in writing
  • High level interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to interact with stakeholders from all level of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals
  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience in sourcing and advertising on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills โ€“ ability to analyze a situation and plan and implement a solution
  • Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace suite of products


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelorโ€™s degree or its equivalent.
  • Strong cultural knowledge of different cultural groups present in Los Angeles.
  • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment.
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
