The Talent Acquisition CoE supports Corteva's growth & overall strategy by finding and attracting the best talent. We are currently looking for a new role in our team, a Talent Acquisition Consultant (International Recruiter) Β based in Europe. The role resides in our Talent function, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and our People Team across the region.
Your Challenge
- Holding responsibility for end-to-end recruitment in different countries within Europe and Africa.
- Sustaining close working relationships with hiring managers and HR to drive staffing solutions and execute recruiting projects.
- Represent Corteva to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the Corteva employer brand and candidate experience in the region and participate in branding efforts and university recruitment events.
- Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within Europe, develop strong knowledge of Corteva and the markets we recruit from.
- Effectively use social media, ATS, CRM tools to source talent and apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent for specific candidate pools.
- Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards and KPIs related to data accuracy.
- Participate in projects and initiatives as required at regional or global level.
- Vendor management.
- Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.
Location: Role can be based in France or Germany- Paris,Β Aussonne, Munich. Open to other sites in EMEA as long as language requirements are met.
Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- 4+ years of professional recruiter experience.
- Experience gained from in-house or search firm environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
- Full proficiency in English, German and French.
- Track record within international recruitment would be an advantage.
- Interest to develop market intelligence as a tool to attract top profiles.
- Experience with recruitment social media tools.
- Strong experience using ATS and CRM in daily activities.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management
- Effectively manage and execute on a different challenging priority at the same time.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
