We're seeking an Early Talent Acquistion Coordinator who will support the ICF Early Talent Acquisition team and University Recruiting strategy by coordinating campus events and managing candidate interviews, candidate onboarding, candidate communications and other duties as needed. We’re targeting candidates located on the east coast or Chicago area, with the ability to travel as needed.
As an Early Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will:
Partner with Early Talent Acquisition Team to plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events; inclusive of: Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Phone Screens, Interview Days, Student Group Events, etc.
Maintain calendar of campus events in Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Coordinate campus event follow-up communications and partner with Recruitment Marketing to align activities with brand strategy.
Partner with Early Talent Acquisition leads to design, manage, and facilitate early talent acquisition programs
Schedule candidate interviews in offices/virtually using Outlook as well as working with University partners to coordinate On Campus Interview Days – inclusive of reserving space and using their preferred scheduling method.
Maintain ICF’s account for college/university websites and post open campus positions.
Guide candidates through the pre-employment process through their first day.
Executes pre-employment process which includes ordering and monitoring new hire background checks, partnering with on-boarding colleagues, confirming new hire orientation
Maintain scheduling and Early Talent Acquisition New Hire onboarding trackers
Partner with Early Talent Acquisition team on Summer Intern Programming.
Coordinate and Manage campus event logistics including shipment of supplies and marketing materials, ordering catering, and booking room reservations.
Occasionally review resumes for additional candidate pipeline support.
When applicable, submitting candidate travel reimbursement.
As an Early Talent Experience Coordinator you will have:
Ability to work quickly, independently, and accurately in a high-volume environment, with excellent time management skills.
Strong detail orientation, organizational, candidate care and customer service skills.
Comfort in following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all Early Talent events are running smoothly
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$40,618.00 - $69,051.00 Virginia Remote Office (VA99)
