In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $167,900.00 - $268,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
- 7+ years of People Management Experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading Recruiting and/or HR Programs teams.
- 5+ years of experience working with People Product, People Operations, and/or People tech organizations to advance recruiting enablement.
- 5+ years of experience with recruiting life cycle (planning, engagement, selection, onboarding).
- Experience monitoring usage and adoptions of recruiting systems, tools, and processes for improvements, replacement, and/or added features.
- Experience documenting workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Experience building and restructuring recruiting programs.
- Experience working with Centers of Excellence (COEs) as the point of contact and decision-maker for prioritization.
- Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment process and recruiting technology.
- Experience implementing recruiting programs on a global scale.
