Your Mission:
Your mission is to own full-cycle recruitment for Inspiration Mobility. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, you will attract and hire top talent at all levels ā from entry-level to executive ā bringing operational rigor, sharp sourcing instincts, and a high bar for candidate experience to a small, high-performing HR team. You will also co-own the company's learning and talent development strategy, helping build the programs and infrastructure that grow our people afterĀ they'reĀ hired.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full recruiting lifecycleĀ āĀ from sourcing and screening to offer and closeĀ āĀ for roles across the organization at every level, including senior and executive hiringĀ

Build andĀ maintainĀ a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing: direct outreach, social media, employee referrals, networking, and university partnershipsĀ

Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define whatĀ āgoodāĀ looks like for each role, calibrate on candidates, and structure and extend competitive offersĀ

Own recruiting metrics and reportingĀ āĀ time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline healthĀ āĀ and use the data to continuously improve how we hireĀ

Represent Inspiration at career fairs, networking events, and talent conferences,Ā as appropriateĀ

Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding andĀ lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives ā from needs assessment and skills gap analysis to program rolloutĀ andĀ leading trainingsĀ ā including management training, microlearning, and ongoing employee programming

Own the company's learning infrastructure:Ā assess existing toolsĀ andĀ processes, recommend and implementĀ platformsĀ as needed, track participation and effectiveness metrics, and continuously improve the L&D offering based on data and feedbackĀ

Partner with leaders to build andĀ maintainĀ career development frameworks, competency models, and succession-readiness tools that support employee growth at every level

You have 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience and have owned full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levelsĀ āĀ including senior and executive hiringĀ āĀ and you have the results to show for itĀ

Salary: $130,000Ā ā $155,000Ā base +Ā bonus eligibilityĀ Ā
Location: Washington, D.C. Our in-office team works from our Dupont Circle office Tuesday through Thursday.Ā Remote work on Mondays and Fridays is voluntary, and employees are welcome to work from the office if theyād prefer.Ā
