Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for executing enterprise recruiting strategy while managing the organization’s end to end talent acquisition function to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost effective hiring of high quality talent in support of key business initiatives. This role provides strategic leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition programs, processes, and services.Job Responsibilities:

Oversees assigned staff. Responsibilities include: recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and performance management.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Required: 10+ years of extensive progressive experience in Talent Acquisition. 6+ years successfully managing a team of recruiters.
Preferred: Leading and scaling a talent acquisition function. Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership on recruiting strategies and projects.
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Skills:
Required: Knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems.
Other skills:
Required: Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders. Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Pay Range: $130,332.00 - $195,498.00Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
