Now Hiring – Direcor of Talent Acquisition – Fort Lee, NJ

                      $90,000 to $110,000 a year

 

The Regional Talent Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Develop relationships with facilities in assigned territory in relation to staffing patterns and department organization.
  2. Build, maintain, and hire from internal & external data base to create candidate flow for all facilities in some or all (but not limited to) of the following disciplines; Nursing, Administration, Dietary, Accounting, Social Work and Therapy's.
  3. Research and call on competitor facilities to recruit, obtain references from and educate the nursing population about the Company.
  4. Collect and monitor data around the recruitment and hiring process.
  5. Report on results of all recruitment programs
  6. Work closely with facility staff to ensure that the interview process is handled efficiently and professionally. Train and guide where needed.
  7. Attend job fairs and open house activities representing the Company.
  8. As the successful candidate you will come to the table with at least 5 years' experience in recruiting as well as the ability to work independently. You will have a proven track record in relationship building and strong network development. You need to be comfortable and successful at identifying and recruiting the passive job seeker.
  9. Setting up interviews for facilities and regional team management (including candidate tracking).
  10. Sourcing candidates through various appropriate methods, (cold calling, networking, internet sourcing, etc.).
  11. Working with RDOs and senior management setting high priority roles to be filled.
  12. Researching new means to source candidates.
  13. Re-affirming through contact with RDO and Sr. management changes in priority status of open requisitions.
  14. Setting up and establishing a regular "game plan" for recruitment goals with HR team manager.
  15. Meeting regularly with corporate or regional management to discuss regional strategy changes/goals.

Position Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in a related field
  • 5 years experience in Healthcare Recruitment at either Agency or Corp level for Home Health / Hospice / Long Term Care / Assisted Living
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking System or human capital management systems.
  • iCIMS experience, a plus
  • Record of and Professional References that reflect success and adherence to Corp Systems
