Responsibilities

Director of Talent Acquisition will manage and direct the Caregiver and Physician Talent Acquisition functions, including full oversight of recruitment operations, sourcing strategy, and team performance. This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and continuous performance improvement across both service lines Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Director serves as a key leader within the Talent Acquisition organization and leads enterprise-wide talent initiatives and special projects as assigned. 

The Director Talent Acquisition responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Leads the Caregiver Talent Acquisition and Physician Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services across all assigned areas.
  • Oversees the sourcing structure for both Caregiver and Physician recruitment, ensuring proactive talent pipeline development and market competitive sourcing strategies.
  • Designs and executes recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates leveraging technology and continuous performance improvement.
  • Strategically and proactively identifies and addresses organizational workforce planning needs.
  • Evaluates and refines sourcing, selection, and onboarding procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensures Talent Acquisition delivers its services effectively and consistently.
  • Identifies and monitors appropriate metrics to ensure teams are operating effectively.
  • Develops and implements service recovery processes, tracking customer support interactions and results.
  • Leads teams in cycles of continuous performance improvement, deploying approaches systematically, evaluating efficacy, and incorporating learning over time.
  • Leads special projects for the Talent Acquisition function as designated by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
  • Participates as a leader in the strategic planning process for Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all areas of responsibility.
  • Provides data and support for audits, surveys, and compliance reviews.
  • Manages department staff effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring competency.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or progressive responsibility demonstrating leadership capability 

 

EDUCATION: 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience within the relevant service line (e.g. caregiver and/or physician recruitment) 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and support team performance 

 

This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
