Position Summary:   The Director of Domestic & International Talent Acquisition and Employee Housing leads workforce strategy for a Kiawah Island Golf Resort, overseeing domestic and international recruitment, visa programs, and employee housing operations. This senior leader partners with Resort Leadership, Human Resources & Resort Operations to ensure staffing, compliance, and housing solutions support an exceptional guest experience. Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s preferred. 2-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, resort operations preferably within luxury hospitality or multi-property resort operations. Demonstrated experience managing H-2B, J-1, and TN visa programs. Experience overseeing employee housing or workforce accommodations preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, immigration compliance, and hospitality labor practices. Proven ability to balance compliance, operational demands, and luxury service standards.   Expectations & Responsibilities: Lead domestic and international talent acquisition across all departments and levels. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for seasonal, exempt, non-exempt, and hard-to-fill roles. Direct and ensure compliance for H-2B, J-1, and TN visa programs, including workforce planning, filings, audits, and regulatory requirements. Partner with immigration counsel, agencies, and global recruitment partners. Serve as a strategic advisor to resort leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs. Lead and develop the talent acquisition team and recruitment operations. Provide strategic oversight of employee housing programs for domestic and international associates. Ensure housing operations meet visa requirements, safety regulations, and luxury brand standards. Monitor recruitment, visa, and housing metrics; identify risks and implement solutions. All other duties as assigned.   Essential Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements. Ability to perform standard office and leadership functions, including sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Frequent use of computers and communication tools. Ability to travel across resort property and attend meetings, site visits, and housing inspections as needed.
