DescriptionAs an Individual Contributor, this role manages full-cycle recruitment for entry & mid-level positions. Applies foundational recruiting strategies focusing on efficient, high-volume hiring and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
ResponsibilitiesCorporate Senior Recruiter
Talent Acquisition Consultant
- Recruitment Execution – Manages multiple requisitions to include hard-to-fill jobs and moderate complexity. Screens, assesses candidates for fit and qualifications, recommends candidates, manages the decision-making process, and extends offers.
- Sourcing and Outreach – Identifies effective sourcing channels and represents the organization at recruitment events. Builds candidate pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Recruitment Collaboration – Works with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruitment plans. Provides training and career guidance for hiring managers. • System and Compliance Oversight – Maintains recruiting systems and ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Supports reporting and data accuracy.
- Program Execution – Supports and coordinates talent acquisition programs and process improvement initiatives. Analyzes program data and recommends improvements to support organizational hiring goals.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Corporate Senior Recruiter-Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing/recruiting or HR related field.
- Talent Acquisition Consultant-Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting or HR related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in customer experience, data collection, problem solving, relationship management, talent acquisition, technology literacy, and time management.
- Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in communication, cross-functional collaboration, detail orientation, and task management.
