Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

  • Creates requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) as needed based on client group support.  Serves as POC for assistance to hiring managers initiating requisitions in the ATS.

  • Responds to general candidate inquiries by telephone or email.  Manage candidate flow in application areas, where applicable.

  • Manages the post offer process (e.g. coordinate new hire orientation activity with local HR staff).

  • Manages and tracks all data associated with open requisitions, new hires and orientation for reporting purposes.

  • Pull data as needed for reports and assists with creating basic reports for line operations. 

  • Assists with audits of ATS to maintain compliance with corporate guidelines (e.g. new hire onboarding task completion, identify active candidates on close reqs for recruiter action, etc.).

  • Assist with administering skill based or selection assessment tools. 

  • Schedule in-person appointments and/or interviews with recruiters and/or hiring managers.

  • Coordinates and attends internal and external events and job fairs for purposes of recruitment outreach, as required. Prepares team collateral and swag for events.

  • Assists with coordination and administration of Talent programs to increase candidate flow and support recruiting efforts.

    • Connect with community partners directly to establish a relationship (either new OR re-establishing a former relationship)

    • Market job opportunities on weekly/monthly basis with community partners

    • Work with recruiters on specific needs in market(s) with hard to fill or niche roles and identifying partners for those needs

    • Establish contact(s) with local schools/colleges/universities to connect with Career Development departments

    • Track community outreach efforts on monthly/quarterly/ongoing basis

  • Assists with projects, reporting, general administrative support and ad hoc requests.

  • Follows established processes while being proactive, detail oriented, organized.

  • Ensures accuracy while working with a sense of urgency.

 

  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Hilton Grand Vacations Company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Must adhere to strict confidentiality procedures

  • Must have initiative and ability to learn quickly

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and customer focused skills

  • Ability to carry out projects with minimal follow-up

  • Ability to calmly and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast environment

  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to internal and external recruiting events
