POSITION SUMMARY
The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for seeking out qualified candidates, screening candidates, confirming their qualifications and completed the onboarding process. This position is also responsible for identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, preparing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
