Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build strategic talent pipelines across clinical, academic, and corporate roles.
  • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer process.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify diverse, mission-aligned candidates.
  • Design and implement innovative recruiting campaigns tailored to healthcare and education sectors.
  • Enhance and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects our values and commitment to healthcare excellence.
  • Develop and track recruiting metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless hiring experience, from job descriptions to onboarding.
  • Lead talent market research and provide competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and compensation benchmarks.
  • Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives alongside broader HR efforts.

  • Proven ability to recruit across a range of functions and levels, from faculty and clinicians to corporate and operational roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams and hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recruiting strategies.
  • Passion for healthcare, education, and making a meaningful impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
