Duties and Responsibilities:
People:
Create a positive team member experience.
Client:
Works to establish strong relationships with hiring managers and understand needs.
Initiates first point of contact with qualified potential candidates to schedule/conduct interviews and provide information about the organization and position.
Arranges and administers interview schedules with internal clients, including scheduling meeting times and rooms.
Makes and negotiates offers with candidates.
Value:
Full life-cycle recruiting: Actively sources, screens, evaluates and hires qualified applicants.
Makes recommendations for interviews based on initial assessment regarding the individual's qualifications.
Communicates effectively through written and verbal channels.
Creates and processes offer letters for approval.
Performs other duties as assigned.ย ย ย

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoftยฎ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driverโs license required.ย

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation Disclosure:
The Company makes offers based on many factors, including qualifications and experience. The base salary range is $38.10 - 53.37/hr.
