This recruiter role will perform all tasks in the full life cycle recruitment process, sourcing, projects associated with provider training programs, employment branding, and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse high-quality candidate pipeline for a variety of provider roles across business lines and across regions. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where you will assist the team with finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of recruiting workflow processes and metrics, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and has a background in provider recruitment.
Description
- Manages ATS system, database & internal/external job postings.
- Manage recruiting lifecycle including pro-active and creative sourcing, screening, offer, to onboarding.
- Partner and communicate with hiring managers and Recruitment Team members.
- Build relationships with candidates and provide high quality candidate management.
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
- Book and coordinate interview day details with candidates and managers.
- Attend job fairs, networking and career events (in person and virtual, as needed).
- Coordinate onboarding activities and training for new physician hires.
- Gather, analyze and manage metrics on effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration or relevant field, coupled with at least2 years of experience as a physician recruiter.
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (Knowledge of Workday ATS).
- Prefer knowledge of Salesforce
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills including interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Establishes strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight.
- Responsive service excellence orientation with a βcan doβ attitude.
- Ability to understand, prioritize and complete deliverables within timelines is critical to ensuring that the process and communication between teams, hiring managers, and the provider is seamless.

- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
