Talent Acquisition Consultant - Intermediate, Non-Clinical Recruitment

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll support our leaders throughout the hiring process by helping manage job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating each step of the recruitment workflow. You’ll play an important part in keeping searches on track and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Data‑Driven Recruiting Excellence

  • Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle: Lead every stage of the process—from detailed intake conversations and crafting job postings to sourcing, screening, and advising hiring leaders through final selection and offer decisions.
  • Act as a Consultative Talent Partner: Provide strategic, data‑informed guidance to leaders. Go beyond processing applicants by influencing hiring decisions with market insights, talent trends, and strong HR alignment.
  • Drive Searches with Project Management Discipline: Manage a high‑volume requisition load using strong organization, prioritization, and time‑management skills to ensure each search moves efficiently from kickoff to hire.
  • Deliver High‑Volume Recruiting Excellence: Maintain consistency and quality across a complex requisition portfolio while ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead Strategic Sourcing & Workforce Planning Support: Partner on workforce planning needs and leverage deep sourcing expertise to identify, engage, and convert passive talent that aligns with long‑term business goals.
  • Apply Total Rewards & Compensation Insight: Use compensation and total rewards knowledge to ensure offers are competitive, equitable, and aligned with both candidate expectations and organizational strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying guidelines for internal and external hires.
  • Understanding of HR regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA).
  • Expertise in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
  • Proven success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies.
