About the Role
Are you passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and building a brand that stands out? As a Communications Intern for the Talent Acquisition team at POLYWOOD®, you’ll be a driving force behind creating a world-class employer brand. In this role, you’ll shape the first impression applicants and new hires have of POLYWOOD®, making every interaction engaging, positive, and memorable.
You’ll develop, post, and manage creative content across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Instagram, Facebook, and Snap. Your efforts will showcase what makes working at POLYWOOD® so unique while helping attract top-tier talent.
Additionally, you’ll craft bi-weekly newsletters highlighting open roles and company updates, along with a monthly contest newsletter to drive internal engagement. This hands-on opportunity will give you real-world marketing experience while contributing directly to the future of talent at POLYWOOD®.
