At ComplyAdvantage, we’re on a mission to fight financial crime through cutting-edge AI and data. But behind every bold goal is a team of exceptional people—and that’s where you come in.
We’re hiring our first on the ground Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-impact global Talent team and drive hiring across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting in the Americas. You’ll be the face of the People Team in AMERS, partnering with leaders to build world-class teams and deliver a standout candidate experience from hiring and throughout their time at ComplyAdvantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full hiring lifecycle across our commercial teams—from proactive sourcing and strategic partnering to closing top-tier talent
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions with insight, data, and market expertise
- Source creatively and inclusively, tapping into new channels and underrepresented talent pools across AMERS
- Craft and pitch tailored candidate journeys—you're a storyteller who knows how to sell the opportunity, the team, and the mission
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage
- Elevate the hiring process, helping refine how we interview, assess, and hire across functions
- Keep stakeholders in the loop through crystal-clear comms, ATS hygiene, and regular pipeline updates
- As part of this role you will also be a key point of contact for employees and leadership teams on people related queries in AMERS. You will represent the people team as well as learning more about the full cycle of People from hiring, onboarding and managing throughout the lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally focused on Sales or Customer Success hiring in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- A hunter mentality—you know how to attract passive candidates and turn curiosity into commitment
- Strong business acumen and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders
- A deep appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring—and ideas on how to make it real, not just aspirational
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (we use Greenhouse) and a solid handle on recruitment data
- You will be passionate about the full people experience. You don’t need experience in people partnering but a desire to learn more is essential
This role is NYC based and will be hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
What’s in it for you?
- Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building
- Unlimited Time Off Policy- A work-life balance and focus on our well-being are critical to keeping us performing at our best
- Annual learning budget to drive your performance and career development
- Budget to set up your home office upon joining
