Build and maintain strong relationships with trade schools, colleges, and universities across Canada, partnering closely with career services teams and student organizations Represent Reliance at virtual and in‑person campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting events while managing the annual campus recruitment calendar and measuring event success Manage full‑cycle recruitment for early‑career, apprenticeship, and summer student opportunities Collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition to develop creative and innovative early‑talent attraction strategies, staying current on campus recruiting and industry trends Coordinate job postings and event logistics with campus career services offices Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Leverage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to promote the Reliance and Reliance Campus brands and engage student talent Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team to support entry‑level hiring needs across the organization     What do you bring? Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with experience supporting early‑career or campus talent initiatives in a corporate environment 2–4 years of experience in campus recruitment and/or general talent acquisition preferred  Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and tools, with the ability to leverage them to attract and engage early talent Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities, and stay organized while handling a diverse workload Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and support hiring needs Self‑motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Comfortable planning and delivering presentations to groups of varying sizes, both in person and virtually Willingness and ability to travel as required  Why Reliance?As a leader in home services and energy efficient solutions for over 60 years, Reliance Home Comfort® (Reliance) is committed to being the Destination of Choice by delivering exceptional experiences for customers seeking comfort and team members seeking a rewarding, inclusive workplace.
