We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Business Intelligence and Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting logistics, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.  You will own the candidate coordination process, ensure operational efficiency across systems and workflows, and provide actionable insights to optimize recruiting performance.  The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve recruiting outcomes.

How you will create an impact:
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports on key TA metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, and recruiter productivity). 
  • Analyze trends across regions, functions, and roles to identify gaps or improvement opportunities in the recruiting funnel. 
  • Monitor and report on KPIs aligned to TA goals and OKRs.  
  • Partner with TA leadership, recruiters, and HR to understand data needs and provide insights to support hiring strategy. 
  • Deliver regular insights and visualizations that inform workforce planning and hiring forecasts. 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics in partnership with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Administrative Assistants and other internal partners to maintain workflow and process efficiency.  
  • Provide real-time support during interviews, troubleshooting technical issues and managing last minute changes as needed. 
  • Contribute to sourcing and initial screening of applicants using job boards, social media, and professional networks. 
  • Support and drive special projects related to recruiting events, process audits, and continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Administrative Assistants and other internal partners to maintain workflow and process efficiency. 
  • Provide real-time support during interviews, troubleshooting technical issues and managing last-minute changes as needed. 
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the hiring process and suggest data-backed improvements.
  • Support implementation of automation tools to reduce manual tracking and enhance data integrity. 
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT to ensure proper ATS configuration and data flow to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Support data migration, validation, and integration efforts for TA tech stack enhancements. 
  • Ensure accurate, consistent data collection practices in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 
  • Develop documentation for data definitions, dashboard standards, and best practices. 
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting—ideally within HR or recruiting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.  
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.  
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and candidate lifecycle.
  • Experience with predictive analytics or workforce planning models.
  • Proficiency in programming tools, i.e. SQL or Python  
The pay range for this position in Boston is $80,000-$85,000/year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
