- Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
- Job Site Location: Greenville, TX
- Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility required to complete check-ins before/after normal business hours as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication
- Maintain a strong pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, and local outreach
- Conduct candidate/employee check-ins before and after normal business hours when needed
- Coordinate job postings and help optimize ads for applicant flow (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs)
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring and onboarding processes
- Track recruiting activity and results, meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with branch leadership to prioritize urgent openings and staffing needs
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement for this role
- Recruiting experience (staffing/agency experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, people-first approach
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional pre- and post-business-hour check-ins
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, email, text)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in ATS/HR systems and job boards
Nice-to-Haves
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Experience with onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, or other employment documentation
