Meaningful work you’ll be part of 

As a (Bilingual FR/EN) Senior Associate, SAP SuccessFactors (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs 

  • Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules (Recruiting, Onboarding) based on business requirements 

  • Assist in developing functional specification for developments 

  • Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience 

  • Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

  • Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules (Recruiting, Onboarding)  projects 

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work 

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives 

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules (Recruiting, Onboarding) configuration experience 

  • Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules  

  • Experience leading client workshops with the ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations 

  • Able to collaborate and communicate with clients using interpersonal skills in a team setting 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project 

  • Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations) 

  • Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users 

  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
