About Our Role


The Associate Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team by sourcing technical candidates, maintaining our candidate pipeline, and performing various administrative and reporting functions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for detail, looking to grow their career in HR and talent acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Assist in developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Help maintain and update our candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates.
  • Create and maintain reports and analytics on the performance of talent and sourcing acquisition activities.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and system housekeeping.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of candidate and recruitment data within our applicant tracking system (ATS).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous, but not required.
  • Understanding of technology, programming, and IT consulting work is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
