Description:
The Associate Talent Acquisition is a senior level pro who plays a critical role in identifying and securing top talent to drive organizational success. This role leads the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, bringing a strategic and proactive approach to attracting and hiring high-impact talent.
Supporting recruitment across all business units—including Development (Fundraising), Marketing, Business Intelligence & Information Technology (BIIT), and Operations—the Associate builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role is instrumental in strengthening our talent pipeline and ensuring we attract exceptional candidates aligned with our mission.

Expected Hiring Salary Range: annualized salary of $70,056 – $82,418; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $98,902.00 (prorated to a 6 month term). To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Associate, Talent Acquisition.
