Position Summary


The Associate Recruiter supports recruitment for assigned positions, providing strong customer service throughout the hiring process, positioning ProMedica as an employer of choice. 



  • Support full life cycle recruitment efforts to meet the workforce needs of the business.

  • Support recruiters, HR and hiring managers to ensure optimal service delivery throughout the hiring process.

  • Review employment applications and interview candidates to qualify against position requirements.

  • Execute administrative duties related to recruiting (e.g. requisition creation, job postings, reference checks, candidate communication, interview coordination/confirmation, etc.).

  • Ensure strong candidate communication and movement through the hiring processes and within the applicant tracking system.

  • Provide a high level of customer service ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employment brand in the community.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, focus in Business Administration, HR Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems 

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience strongly preferred

     


Preferred Qualifications



  • Health care experience preferred

     


Additional Experience



  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes 

  • Ability to update recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media etc.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrate business acumen along with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present information at the appropriate level for various stakeholder groups 

  • Provide and open to receiving feedback

     


Salary Range: $33,800-$93,600
