DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across various business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and identify Emiratization opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Emirati talent through job portals, referrals, career fairs, universities, and government initiatives.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop relationships with universities, Nafis and other government entities to support Emirati hiring programs.
- Monitor Emiratization targets and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and Emiratization requirements.
- Promote DAMAC's employer brand within the UAE National talent market.
Qualifications & Experience:Β
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4β6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Emiratization recruitment.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws, Nafis and Emiratization programs.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
