Looking for more than just an apprenticeship? Welcome to Talent Acquisition at Ipsen! We’re looking for our next Apprentice to join our global Talent Acquisition team (Ramdane, we will miss you !)

Whether you come from a business school, University, engineering background, a science degree, or you’re a high-level athlete preparing for your next chapter, what matters to us is your mindset, curiosity, and your passion for people. The rest, you’ll learn with us!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

✔️ Support the recruitment process for our early talents (interns and apprentice) and more if you feel like to, from posting jobs and screening profiles to coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
✔️ Ensure our opportunities are visible and attractive on partner platforms (like JobTeaser), and help our employer brand shine.

✔️ Team up with our Mission Handicap Apprentice France to promote Diversity and Inclusion (Chaymaa I will miss you too !)
✔️ Contribute to our university partnerships and strengthen connections with student communities.
✔️ Help organize and support career forums and recruitment events, both online and on-site.
✔️ Share your ideas to help us continuously improve the candidate experience.
