Job Summary:
To support strategic and operational initiatives in talent acquisition, with a focus on building robust pipelines for interns and fresh graduates, senior management hiring, and digital recruitment innovation. The role also supports organizational design, job architecture, and competency frameworks to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Design and implement Intern & Fresh Graduate Programs in collaboration with L&D and HCBPs.
- Lead senior management recruitment efforts, including headhunting and executive search coordination.
- Utilize LinkedIn Analytics and other sourcing tools to optimize candidate targeting and engagement.
2. Recruitment Innovation
- Develop and deploy video interviewing platforms and AI-powered pre-selection tools to streamline hiring and reduce the time to hire.
- Evaluate and integrate external recruitment partners (e.g., HRhipp, Naukrigulf, Soundline) for specialized hiring needs. Build partnerships with a few selected recruitment agencies for Staff and workers to reduce costs for external hiring and improve the quality of shortlists.
3. Reporting & Metrics
- Maintain dashboards and reports on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Prepare periodical reports according to receiving audience and present findings to HR leadership and hiring managers to drive continuous improvement.
4. Organizational Design & Job Architecture
- Support OrgDesign initiatives by mapping roles, reporting lines, and functional structures.
- Draft and maintain Job Descriptions together with HCBPs and Department Heads and conduct Job Evaluations using internal grading scales.
5. Competency & Skills Framework
- Enhance job competencies and define skill requirements for key roles in collaboration with HCBPs and Department Heads.
- Align competency models with performance appraisal and training frameworks.
6. Policy Development
- Contribute to the development and revision of recruitment-related policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HC roles with exposure to digital recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of job architecture, competency modeling, and recruitment analytics.
- Experience in high-volume and executive hiring environments preferred.
