ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
Our Talent & Culture team is seeking a driven, curious, and highly proactive Advisor, Talent Acquisition to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across key technology and business functions worldwide.
In this role, you will do more than fill positions – you will act as a strategic partner to the business, building strong talent pipelines, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and helping shape the future of talent acquisition at Innocap. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs, provide market insights and recruitment expertise, and support the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and programs.
What you’ll do:Â
Develop and implement innovative, institutional, and data-driven recruiting strategies to attract and engage a diverse and global pool of high-quality candidates.Â
Build strong talent pipelines by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, niche communities, and employee referrals.Â
Manage the entire cycle of the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, candidate selection, planning and conducting screening interviews, coordinating assessments and tests, reference checks, writing offer letters, monitoring background verifications, perform orientation presentations. Â
Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey to onboarding.Â
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, translate hiring needs into effective talent acquisition strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.Â
Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, improve processes, and drive continuous optimization.Â
Contribute to operational responsibilities as part of a collaborative, high-performing Talent & Culture team where everyone contributes to shared success.Â

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSÂ
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations, CRHA member is an asset. Â
5-7 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a corporate, technological or financial services environment.Â
Experience in technology recruitment is highly preferred.Â
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English given the international nature of the work.Â
Well-organized and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Â
Brings a forward-looking mindset, embracing change and leveraging emerging tools, such as AI, to drive better outcomes.Â
High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.Â
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (experience with Workday is an asset), and LinkedIn recruiter. Â
Experience or strong interest in global/international recruitment efforts.Â
Experience or interest in contributing to broader Talent & Culture responsibilities beyond recruitment.Â
