Summary
The Administrative Specialist, Talent Acquisition Support plays a critical role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This position provides administrative and coordination support to recruiters, manages staffing agency agreements, supports compliance tracking, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data and documentation. The role partners closely with recruiters, P&O (HR), and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring process.

This role is primarily sedentary and performed in an office or remote work environment. For this position, the expected base pay range is $24.00 – $29.00 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
