Responsibilities
INTEGRIS Health’s 10-week paid summer internship program provides an opportunity for highly motivated undergraduate and graduate students to work alongside senior leaders in various focus areas within Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health care system.
The internship experience includes operational project work, leadership development, clinical and non-clinical shadowing, and networking opportunities.
Performs a variety of entry-level professional administrative staff work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as the incumbent receives on-the-job training related to the business, technological, and operational activities of the assigned work area(s).Â
The Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Â
- Develops skills and subject matter knowledgeÂ
- Coordinates committees and meetingsÂ
- Assist department head or assigned leader with projects and functionsÂ
- Prepares and edits documents, presentations and communicationsÂ
- Assist with overall goals of the assigned work area and organizationÂ
- Receives guidance and training from assigned leaderÂ
- Perform other job duties as requestedÂ
- Reports to assigned leadership positionÂ

Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate degree related to functional area preferredÂ
- Ability to operate standard office machines, including, but not limited to, word processor, typewriter, calculator, copier, fax machineÂ
- Ability to use Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Prior experience preferredÂ
- This job requires the operation of a personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS owned); therefore, CER must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to INTEGRIS and its insurance carrier.Â
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
