This is a full-time on-site position with an established leading luxury Real Estate company located in Palm Beach County. Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a highly motivated real estate recruiter. Must be located in South Florida.

You’ll be responsible for engaging potential team members, vetting candidates and initiating the onboarding process.

Our ideal applicant possesses strong sales and recruiting experience coupled with organizational skills and a natural ability to identify great talent. We’re looking for a self-driven, results-oriented team player.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee hiring from initial contact to onboarding

· Source and recruit seasoned Real Estate Agents by developing relationships

· Day to day operations include outbound calling, attending meetings, and other events

· Maintain CRM database and follow up with leads and referrals

· Articulate company's brand, culture, mission, and vision to potential agents

· Minimum of 40 outbound calls per day

Qualifications:

· Recruiting: 2 years’ experience is a must.

· Background in Real Estate (License preferred).

· Enthusiastic and self-motivated

· Meet and exceed recruiting goals and possess solution mindset

· Time management skills

· Experienced making outbound calls

Salary

Base salary with bonus structure allowing earning potential into six figures. This has a lucrative commission structure.
