HR & Recruitment Intern
Noice is an early stage stealth startup working on a groundbreaking “Social X Multiplayer Game” platform for gamers. We’ve raised several million euros in funding from games industry leaders, validated our offering with our end users and are now building our platform towards launch.
Noice is founded by the core team that built Applifier, exited it to Unity Technologies in 2014 and scaled the business to €100 millions in gross revenue in under 5 years. Our cross-functional team has deep games and software industry experience ranging from building and operating Unity Ads video ad network at scale of over billion end devices per month, Everyplay mobile video sharing service reaching tens of millions of end users and games with tens of millions of downloads.
We are looking for an enthusiastic people-person to join our team as HR & Recruitment Intern. You will help us hire and retain great talent for our journey to build something truly new and unique.
This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced and motivated team to build a groundbreaking new consumer service, as well as a chance to contribute to our HR & Recruitment practices. In essence you will work with Leena on HR matters and with Petteri on Recruitment. They are both very motivated to see you succeed and grow as a professional and have the experience from working with people at the start of their professional journey.
We are a distributed company with most of our team based in and around Finland. For this role we are looking for a person based in the Finland Capital Area. A big part of the job can be done remotely but this role also requires occasional attendance in our co-working office in Helsinki.
This is a temporary, paid position for 4 to 6 months. There is a possibility for this to turn into a permanent position later. If you come up with a good plan for a thesis project (bachelors or masters) we might be open to that as well later down the line.
What you’ll be doing
- Together with the rest of the HR & Recruitment team you further develop of our internal practices and processes to ensure we are prepared for the current and future growth of Noice
- You collaborate with our Hiring Managers, team members and candidates to schedule interviews
- You are in the forefront of our employer brand ensuring a stellar and equal candidate experience with your timely and personal communication throughout the recruitment process
- You will help organize internal and external events, such as company team days
- You can grow your scope by taking on additional projects and responsibilities depending on your skills and interest
Who are we looking for
- You are interested breaking into the HR or recruitment field and truly enjoy connecting and engaging with different people
- You have a service mindset, with past hobbies or jobs to show for it
- You are not afraid to take initiative where you see room for improvement or a chance to experiment for better outcome
- You have great attention to detail while still being able to coordinate multiple tasks
- You communicate and write fluently in English as it is our working language at Noice
We appreciate also
- Prior working experience within HR or recruitment
- Personal interest in games and technology industry
