We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Firespriteโ€™s recruitment team, as we look to expand and enhance the internal souring capabilities of the team.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high quality candidates for our priority roles across all disciplines. Alongside working closely with the existing Talent Acquisition team and reporting to our People Director, you will be directly contributing to the studioโ€™s growth and goals for 2023 and beyond!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using direct sourcing methods and your existing network to find candidates for our open roles.
  • Representing Firesprite at video game industry events, using the opportunity to network and interact with potential candidates.
  • Support and advise hiring managers in the recruitment and selection process, guiding them on best practice to ensure candidate experience is at the heart of every interaction.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates, through to delivering and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborating with the wider People team and internal DEI group on projects which improve the candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Sustained experience in games industry recruitment, whether internal or agency.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges of games industry recruitment and the current market trends.
  • Experience using Recruitment Software (E.g LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Knowledge of working with a range of ATS (Greenhouse is especially beneficial).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
