Insomniac Games is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead! This is a new role on the team that offers an exciting scope of work! This role will lead and mentor an outstanding group of coordinators, work on high-level requisitions, help us strive for operational excellence, and work on the strategy with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

A little bit about our Talent Acquisition Team... We are a group of savvy talent strategists and problem solvers here helping to build the studio of the future. We are at a pivotal time in our journey where we are working towards scalability and consistency to drive success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiting coordinators who work on scheduling, candidate management along with resume reviews.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager on operations specifically looking to improve how we can work in a more thoughtful way to improve efficiency.
  • Owns full lifecycle recruiting for senior-level roles. Which includes calibration with the studio, using multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide a diverse slate to our Hiring Manager.
  • Works to cultivate a talent community.
  • Owns development plans and performance management for direct reports.
  • Works with DEIB programs and initiatives in partnership with our Culture and Belonging Team.
  • Advocates for diversity, equity and belonging in all that we do. Consistently makes recommendations to partners on how we can continue to improve our efforts and drive a positive impact to the studio.
  • Partners with other studios to share talent and collaborate on best practices in the recruiting event, brand, and process spaces.
  • Research and develop innovative ways to recruit top talent
  • Works through goal setting for the coordinators and consistency measures against the goals
  • Consistently builds and grows positive relationships across various functions with hiring managers, the executive team, and the HR team
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Builds stellar working relationships with the studio and SIE partners

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in full life cycle recruiting experience at a technology company and/or a staffing firm
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse a plus
  • Intermediate experience with corporate event and career fair planning
  • Intermediate expertise in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Significant experience running and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and/or client relationships.
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a remote/digital environment

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.


Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$104,400 — $156,600 USD

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.


Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$104,400 — $156,600 USD
